Personal Training is tailored to our clients wants and desires. with average training rates of $40 per hour or $25 per half-hour. call or stop in to learn more about our client-tailored personal training options.
Coached Workout Sessions are coach-led sessions where you are pushed to get a better workout then you would likely get on your own. Our coaches will keep you motivated and pushed as hard as you can/want to be pushed. If you are looking for the most efficient workout you can get in a single session then our “Coached Workout Sessions” are just right. Average Coached Sessions range from $20 per single and up to $30 per small group session of up three (3) people.
