Christine Tama

My name is Christine Tama, and I am looking forward to my new position as Director of Personal Training at Powerhouse Gym East Fishkill. I am 45 years old, a wife and mom of 2.  I am a Professional Figure and Physique Competitor in 2 Natural Organizations as well as a certified judge and competition prep coach.  As an authority on health and fitness I dedicated my life to the craft. I have personally trained and motivated countless success stories in my long career.

I have been in the fitness industry for 26 years, training clients in gyms, in home, competing and judging.  Let me help you achieve your goals whether it is to step on stage, improve overall health, rehab an injury or train for a specific sport.


Frank Giuliano

Originally what brought me to fitness and training was sports in high school specifically football. I’ve been training ever since, and continuously learning how to improve myself. What I value the most, is the positive mental impact it’s had on me over the years. I’ve learned that having a positive mindset has really changed how I approach fitness. My ultimate goal is to change your perspective on fitness and more importantly how you feel overall. A few things about me I enjoy traveling, sports, and food.

Ashle Pauline

I am 24 years old. Fitness has been a passion of mine for 5 years. I’ve been a personal trainer for 4 years and a health coach for 1 year. I have trained athletes, celebrities, and beginners. I am able to work with people in all aspects whether it’s to maintain ones health or to achieve goals one couldn’t do on their own. I am here to push you, support you, and to help you. Sarcasm is my game, jokes are my name. Let’s have some fun while working hard to achieve our goals, TOGETHER. Come down to power house to have a good laugh but an even better sweat. I’m excited to get the chance to meet and work with each and every one of you.


Vick Terry

I am 23yrs old. Former college football and lacrosse player. I serve in the US Army, and have been training for about seven years. I’ve trained athletes, soldiers, and beginners. My training style is raw and simple that incorporates mind over matter and functional movement. I will push you to your limits while maintaining a safe environment.


Leslie Rae

My name is Leslie Rae and I couldn’t be more excited to join this new team at Powerhouse Gym East Fishkill. I take pride in educating myself and passing my knowledge along. My educational background is vast and includes a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Masters of Arts degree in Education, and an Education Specialist Degree in School Psychology.  While personal training is my “second” career, health and fitness have always been a priority to me and a lifestyle choice. I became a certified personal trainer in 2013. Over the last several years I have had the pleasure of helping a variety of people reach their short term goals and provided a level of education that has allowed many of my clients to continue their journeys on their own.  I believe a key factor in success in tapping into a persons “why”. With my background in psychology and passion for fitness and wellness I am confident I can help you find your “why” and put you on the path of being the best version of yourself!


Deverell Davis

Born Fitzgerald “Deverell” Davis July of 1980 in Brooklyn New York. 2nd child of West Indian (Grenada) parents. Grew up playing Baseball, Football and track and field in Campus Magnet H.S. in Queens, NY. Main love was and still is baseball. A life long pitcher, with experience all over the field.  Tried out for the NYMets rookie league team Brooklyn Cyclones and also the Cincinnati Reds open tryouts in the early 2000s. Became a gym rat after it was advise by those team to hit the weight room and come back. I never looked from then. Fell in love with gym life and became certified as a trainer in 2009. I specialize and love training many areas of fitness. But my love for athletics and training/coach athletics brings me here today.


Kristen Wilcox

My name is Kristen Wilcox. I am excited to announce that I will be one of the personal trainers here at Powerhouse gym, East Fishkill. I am a proud wife and mother of two beautiful girls. I’m also a figure competitor. I’m a NGA certified personal also certified in CPR/AED.

Being a personal trainer, my goal is to help and guide you to get to where you want to be with your own personal goals. Whether it be, losing weight, building muscle, or just working out to be healthier. I WILL be that positive motivator that will help and cheer you on every step of the way!

I have a passion for exercise & fitness and strive to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness. I believe that with the right training program and proper support, anyone can achieve their goals. I aim to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way.


Todd Moore

I’m honored to be part of the team here at Powerhouse Gym East Fishkill as a Personal Trainer. I have over 8 years of experience in fitness training and I strive to better my skills and knowledge with each passing day. I hold both an associates and bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and I am NASM and CPR/AED certified. I’m extremely passionate about fitness as it has changed my life for the better in so many ways and I’m looking forward to teaching you how it can change yours. I specialize in strength and conditioning while being well rounded in all aspects of exercise. I’m prepared to work with all kinds of clients from all walks of life. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, increase strength, or just get moving and feeling overall healthier and better about yourself.
