90 Day Fitness Challenge - Powerhouse Gym Fraser

This is not just a weight loss challenge. It is a fitness challenge measuring overall fitness achievements in the following categories: Body weight, fat reduction, inches lost, and improvement in physical activity for pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, body squats and wall chair time. Your goal is to lose weight and inches but also become STRONGER and HEALTHIER! SIGN UP TO JOIN THE EVENT! This event page will provide updates, motivation and a recipe share. Did someone say PRIZES!? Yes! The 1st place winner will get a FITBIT WATCH. 2nd/3rd place prizes will win prizes such as free memberships, personal training and more! BEGINS: Thursday 1/25/18 and runs non-stop until 3/25/18. There will be a kick-off meeting on Thursday 1/25 at 6:30 pm to explain all of the details. **You do not need to be present to participate. To join, you can call us at 586-294-5701, stop in at the front desk or speak with one of our trainers.Members and Non-Members are welcome! COST: $50.00 for members, $100.00 for non-members Plus the purchase of 2 Personal Training Sessions which will be used for your before and after assessments ($34 each).
