GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Staples to Powerhouse Gym: Senior Boot Camp, Freestyle weighted classes, Tabata, Kettlebell, GROUP CYCLE, Yoga, Pilates, and FIT BARRE!
Classes can be for the beginner, intermediate or advanced, the instructors will give you modifications for any exercises if you have previous injuries, or just starting out.

KICKBOXING & BODY COMBAT are 45-60 minute, high-energy martial-arts inspired workouts that will have you punch and kick your way into fitness while blasting calories along the way. Non-contact and no complex moves to master. These classes will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ!
