Our Gym

Powerhouse Gym is the largest family fitness chain on the Eastern/Mid Shore with brand new state-of-the-art equipment and a friendly staff. Our amenities include child care, group exercise classes, guest privileges, unlimited tanning, and access to our other locations in Ocean City MD and Seaford DE.

Day 1: Powerhouse Gyms Mother and Daughter office and management team, Tara Lynn Smith and Samantha Louise Ours are ready to commit to a lifestyle of health and fitness! Powerhouse Gym is very thankful for everything they do on the daily, weekends night and day for our team and members. Powerhouse Fit Family, please join us to follow and support them in their journey! We will be posting progress, ideas, challenges, fun, food, and feelings! Look for Sam and Tara in class and on the floor! Tara loves Spin class and they both love to lift. With weight loss as their goal we must first assess injuries and exercise technique while determining their mobility and stability. Progressing after building the foundation with form is what we believe so we can take care of our mental and physical fitness! Day 1: Training with Group Exercise and Personal Training Coordinator, Jesseca Brown. Starting with core training, yoga, mobility, and mechanics! Tara and Sam from 6am were geared up and ready to learn and start to burn! Push and Pull, sweat, fun, core, and balance with bear walks as the finisher! Ladies, awesome start!
