Our seemingly compact 5,000 square foot facility is far from compact when it comes to options. From a full-blown free-weight area, complete with dumbbells to 100 lbs., to rogue racking and bumper-plates for those Olympic lifters, to a full suite of cardio and circuit options and finally a 900 square foot GroupX floor, Powerhouse Avon delivers on member options for a great and ever-fresh regular workout.
