Meet Our Team
Rose Brunner is a Powerhouse Gym Personal Trainer, IFBB Physique Pro, nutrition consultant, lifestyle coach, competition prep coach and mother of two.
Her career in health and fitness began with her mother who was an aerobics instructor and emphasized the importance of good eating habits and exercise. Then, in 1989, she competed in her first women’s bodybuilding and mixed pairs competition. She is certified through ISSA and is currently working on getting her nutrition certification.
“I have always had a love and passion for fitness, a healthy lifestyle and lifting from a very young age. My goal is to inspire, encourage, and guide others to live a healthy, full life.”
Sara Rose Foreman is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a competitive gymnastics coach. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an associate’s degree in culinary arts, a bachelor’s degree in culinary nutrition and completed her dietetic internship with Iowa State University. As a competitive athlete since the age of 4 and a coach for over 15 years, Sara Rose understands the challenges and demands that are placed on an individual’s body, both physically and mentally during the phases of transformation. She also recognizes there is potential within us all and hopes to empower and inspire others to strive for greatness, through her love for nutrition and fitness by helping them through their journey.
Matthew Grooms is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. He completed his post-baccalaureate work in exercise physiology and nutritional biochemistry at the University of Colorado Denver. He is a Certified Sports Nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN).
Matthew’s broad range of experience helps him train people of all goals and experience, having played D1 Basketball in college and competed as a drug-tested natural bodybuilder. He’s also been fortunate enough to train under and learn from some of the best bodybuilders in the world including Jeff Willet, Eric Broser, and Ben Pakulski.
Megan Casey is a certified nutritionist and personal trainer. She has her Bachelors degrees in psychology and nutrition and a masters degree in sport and exercise science. Prior to becoming the Nutrition Director at Max Muscle, Megan was a Licensed Addictions Therapist. She has found that her work as a therapist strongly translates to working with people on their health and nutrition goals. She is also currently enrolled in school to become a licensed acupuncturist. She prides herself on helping people on all levels, not just physically.
Megan has also been a lifetime athlete. She ran Division 1 track and field through her first bachelor’s degree. She has also competed at the elite level in Spartan races, bodybuilding and is currently ranked in the top ten worldwide in powerlifting. She enjoys helping people from all walks of life find their way through health and fitness!
