This room was built for serious lifters who respect heavy iron and hard work. Outfitted with 25 free-weight benches, 6 squat racks, 6 bench presses, 6 deadlift stations, and multiple Smith machines and leg presses, there’s no shortage of ways to push your limits.

You’ll find 6 full dumbbell sets from 5–75 lbs, 2 additional sets from 80–100 lbs, and a complete run all the way up to 150 lbs — because this room doesn’t believe in excuses, only effort.

Our machine area features a deep lineup of modern strength equipment built for controlled power and targeted muscle work. Perfect for focused training, finishing work, or getting stronger with precision.

Cardio doesn’t have to be boring. Our Cardio Cinema puts treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals in front of a massive screen so you can zone in, lock on, and let the miles fly by.

Built for movement, power, and performance, our turf area is designed for agility work, functional training, and conditioning that translates beyond the weight room.

Our Kids Club gives parents the freedom to train hard while their children are cared for in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Designed for ages 6 weeks to 12 years, it features toys, a playhouse, coloring activities, Netflix Kids, and themed daily activities like Music Mondays and Fitness Fridays.
