Group Exercise

Aerobics classes are a great way to get a solid workout without subjecting yourself to the boredom that comes with running on a treadmill or spending hours each week on a stationary bike. At Powerhouse Gym, our aerobics and exercise classes are designed to help you lose weight, get in shape, and socialize. We offer classes to suit a variety of fitness levels, and our instructors are dedicated to helping you make the most of your time at the gym.

Powerhouse Gym offers a wide variety of group exercise classes. We have classes targeted for specific muscle groups like glutes and abs, as well as high energy classes such as Xtreme Hip Hop, Kickboxing, and Zumba. We also offer STRONG by Zumba, strength training, step, and indoor cycle. All of our group exercise classes are guaranteed to make you sweat!

GTS Crossfit

Our CrossFit coaches are Level 1 CrossFit certified and make sure you stay motivated and inspired!  All of our CrossFit classes are designed for athletes of ALL skill levels!

For a more beginner’s approach, our Beginnings class on Monday through Thursday is specifically tailored for the CrossFit beginner and teaches the athletes how to safely execute the moves in preparation for a more standard class.

Kid's Club

Kids 6 months to 12 years old have their own area in the club to stay occupied!

Kid’s Club Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8AM-12:15PM and 4PM-8:30PM

Saturday: 9AM-12PM
